Immersive, hands-on experience with our birds of prey
The session starts with an in-depth, up-close and fascinating introduction to our birds of prey, safely tethered on the grass, and their spiritual and practical purposes. You will learn all about their individual superpowers and role in falconry and how to identify them in the wild!
Next you participate in the mind-blowing and heart-stopping flying/handling experience on our adjoining field, showing our falconry birds as they are trained/flown in this 7,000-yr-old tradition where man and apex predator hunt together. The entire experience is as magical an event as you can have!
We are capping this experience at 30 students. All 30 will get a chance to hold and fly the birds. Parents can attend, but may not have time to fly the birds depending on group size.
